Instructions:
Step 1: Sift all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Take a large bowl and combine all the dry ingredients. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and sweet salt. Give it a mix with a whisk.
Step 2: Prepare the wet ingredients: In another bowl beat together the milk, an egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Prepare the pancake batter: Add infusion and lastly, the flour mixture and stir gently with a spatula. Do not stir more than once.
Step 4: Preparing the pancakes: Make the pan or thermal plate hot over a medium flame. Melt a paste of butter or spray cooking spray on the pan lightly. Each pancake swirls out one-fourth of a cup of batter on the heated skillet. Wait until bubbles appear on the top, and then the sides are dry looking, then carefully turn it and heat for the same period till the bottom turns golden brown.
Step 5: Present dish: Deliver pancakes as soon as they are made with desired ingredients such as butter, syrup, fruits, or whipped cream.

. To make the pancake more fluffy, you can let the batter stand for about 5-10 minutes before cooking. . In order to make the buttermilk pancakes, take 1 cup of milk and put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar and waited for 5 minutes before usage. . For whole wheat pancakes, use whole-wheat flour for half of the all-purpose flour. . To make the pancakes gluten free, make use of gluten free flour. . Add some twist by adding some blueberries or even chocolate chips into the batter.
