Classic Homemade Lasagna

Soup bored? Then how about some lasagna that will leave not only you but also your family and friends in daze? This classic lasagna recipe consists of rich marinara sauce, meat, ricotta and mozzarella, combining into an aromatic and delicious creation. Be it a party at yo Jesus or simply making a warm meal indoors, this lasagna does justice with the warm uh ingredients full of Italian spices they have to offer. Its quite simple to whip up, and most importantly, will be enjoyed by the vast majority!

 

Ingredients:

. 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
. 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
. 24 oz marinara sauce
. 15 oz ricotta cheese
. 2 cups shredded mozzarella
. ½ cup grated Parmesan
. 1 egg
. 2 garlic cloves, minced
. 1 onion, diced
. 1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Mix ricotta cheese with egg, ½ cup mozzarella, and Parmesan.
4. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce. Layer with cooked noodles, meat, ricotta mix, sauce, and mozzarella.
5. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
